Culture of Life Family Health Care, under the direction of Dr. George Delgado, offers pro-life, family medical care based on traditional Christian principals including: prenatal care, newborn care, pediatric care, adult medicine, gynecological care, Creighton Model FertilityCare™ natural family planning, NaProTECHNOLOGY, an ethical approach to women’s reproductive system conditions and infertility, referrals to Christian psychotherapists, and spiritual counseling with deacon-wife teams. Dr. Delgado practices family medicine treating patients of all ages emphasizing compassionate personalized medical care that respects the dignity of all human life. He also specializes in NaPro Technology, bioethics, and helping women in crisis pregnancies. He founded the Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) Program and is its Medical Director. Dr. Delgado completed his medical degree at the University of California, Davis and his training at the Santa Monica Hospital/UCLA family medicine residency program. He is board certified in family medicine and hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Delgado is an NFP Medical Consultant who trained in NaPro TECHNOLOGY with the Pope Paul VI Institute and is a Voluntary Associate, Clinical Preventive Medicine at the University Of California San Diego School Of Medicine. He completed the Certification in Health Care Ethics offered by the National Catholic Bioethics Center. Dr. Delgado and his wife, Liz, have four children and one grandson.



Dr. Saroki is a San Diego native who attended UC Berkeley for her undergraduate training. She majored in Integrative Biology, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Saroki attended medical school at the University of Michigan and completed her family medicine residency training at University of North Carolina Hospitals. She is a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and is an NFP Medical Consultant trained in NaProTECHNOLOGY. Dr. Saroki is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Saroki is active in the pro-life community, following in the footsteps of her parents. She previously served for several years as president of the board for The Goretti Group, a San Diego organization that promotes chastity nationwide. She enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.



Atefeh is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine care at Culture of Life Family Health Care. She completed her undergraduate studies as University of California in San Diego and continued to obtain her Masters of Science Degree at Hofstra University in New York.

Ms. Eslami is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and New York State Society of Physician Assistant (NYSSPA) and is committed to providing quality of compassionate care to all her patients.



Maria Moreno is a native of San Diego, California.  She studied at Palomar College and proceeded to work in the Medical Field as a Medical Assistant, assuring local patients the loving, compassionate care they so deserve in a medical office.   Passionate about the life and dignity of the human being and searching for the perfect setting to promote these values, teachings and foundation, Maria, after 25 years of searching found COLFS.  Grateful for the opportunity to serve her community and recognize Christ in each person she meets, Maria makes sure that all patients feel welcomed at COLFS in a way that transmits the love of Christ.
